Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: 8 October 2026

If you are in the US, we tell Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, when you sign up and when you buy a 1Gesture plan. Outside California, the Meta Pixel also runs on our site until you switch it off. You can stop all of it here.

What we share, and with whom

When someone in the US signs up or buys a plan, our server sends Meta:

The Meta Pixel is Meta’s code on our site. In the US outside California, it runs by default and you can switch it off. In California, it runs only after you accept Advertising in our cookie box. When it runs, your browser tells Meta which of our public pages you view, and Meta sets its own cookies.

We use all of this to measure whether our adverts on Facebook and Instagram work. Meta may link it to your Facebook or Instagram account, and uses it for its own purposes as well as ours.

US privacy laws, including California's, can count this as “sharing” your personal information for advertising, so you have the right to stop it. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Outside the US, nothing changes: the Meta Pixel runs, and we tell Meta about a purchase, only if you switch on Advertising in our cookie box. We never tell Meta about a sign-up from outside the US.

Three ways to opt out

  1. Press Opt out on this page. It switches Advertising off in this browser. If you are signed in, it also saves the opt-out on your account, so our server tells Meta nothing about your purchases, whichever browser you buy from.
  2. Use our cookie box. Choose Essential only (in the US outside California, it is under Manage), or switch Advertising off and save.
  3. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat it as an opt-out for as long as your browser sends it.

Each one stops all of it in the browser where you use it: the Meta Pixel and what our server sends. The Meta Pixel is set per browser, so on another browser or device, opt out there too. An opt-out always wins, even if you switched Advertising on before. To save it on your account, sign in and come back to this page.

Allowing it again

Allow again takes the opt-out off your account. It does not switch Advertising on in this browser: our cookie box controls that part. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we still treat you as opted out.
