1Gesture vs Kronologic, side by side

Both are bought by the same person to solve the same worry: a meeting is in the diary, and you want it to matter when it happens. Kronologic negotiates the time and books the invite for you. 1Gesture leaves the booking alone and changes what the reminder is.

Kronologic negotiates the time and books the invite for you; 1Gesture changes what the reminder says once the meeting is booked. They are not alternatives so much as different moments in the same meeting.

What is the actual difference?

Kronologic works on the machinery around the meeting: AI negotiates a time and books the invite on the host’s behalf. 1Gesture does none of that. Your meetings are booked however you book them now, and they go in your calendar as normal. What changes is the reminder your guest already receives: instead of the time and the link, it invites them to choose an act of kindness : 5 school meals, 6 days of clean drinking water, or 25 plastic bottles removed from coastal areas, all funded at $1 a Gesture and a named Gesture Partner carries out.

Which one stops people missing the meeting?

Kronologic publishes no no-show figure. Its published numbers are volume: “10 million meeting minutes automated”. We publish no figure either, because there is not enough volume yet to measure one. What we can tell you is what the reminder contains, and we would rather be judged on that than on a number nobody can check.

How does the pricing compare?

Compare the structures, not the headline numbers. They are built differently.

1Gesture is $1 per Gesture, and the price will never move. There is no monthly subscription and no per-seat fee. You open your account from $20 and buy from 20 to 5,000 Gestures at a time. A Gesture is only used when your guest chooses one, so a reminder nobody acts on costs nothing. Unused Gestures expire after 12 months. The Free plan is $0 forever, with branded meeting reminders and dashboard access.

Kronologic publishes a free tier at “$0”, Pro at “$15/seat/month”, Team at “$49/seat/month” and Enterprise as custom pricing. Annual plans are shown as giving two months free.

When is Kronologic the better answer?

Kronologic suits a sales team whose problem is getting the meeting into the diary at all, with enough prospects that negotiating times by hand does not scale. It names Dell, CDW, HPE, VMware, Nutanix and Okta on its site. If booking is the bottleneck, this page is not an argument against it.

When is 1Gesture the better answer?

When the meetings are already booked and what you want is for the person on the other end to feel something other than a calendar alert. You run external meetings with clients and prospects, your reminders go out from your own connected Google or Microsoft account, and you would rather spend a dollar on a school meal in your guest’s name than on another automated nudge. There is no minimum seat count and nothing to integrate.

A few more questions people ask

  • Why compare a meeting reminder with a scheduling platform?

The budget is the same. Kronologic and 1Gesture are bought by the same person, worrying about the same thing: a meeting is in the diary and they want it to count. Kronologic works on getting it booked and kept. 1Gesture works on the message that goes out before it.

  • What changes on the day you turn it on?

Not your booking. Meetings are made however you make them now and sit in your Google or Microsoft calendar as normal. The reminder is the only thing that changes, and it goes from your own connected email account rather than from a 1Gesture address.

  • What does your guest actually see?

A reminder from you. The time, the link, and an invitation to pick one of three things: 5 school meals for a hungry child, 6 days of clean drinking water for a family, or 25 plastic bottles removed from coastal areas. One tap, no account, no login.

  • Why is the price structured so differently?

One is a subscription, one is not. Kronologic is sold as a plan, billed whether or not a given meeting happens. 1Gesture is $1 per Gesture with no subscription and no per-seat fee, and a Gesture is only used when your guest chooses one. A reminder nobody acts on costs nothing. You open your account from $20, and unused Gestures expire after 12 months.

  • How current is this comparison with Kronologic?

Read on 21 September 2026. Every Kronologic line here came from Kronologic’s own public pages on that date, and each source is named at the foot of this page beside it. Prices and feature lists move, and a comparison is only as good as the day it was checked. If you are reading this much later, follow the sources before relying on a figure.

Do you have to choose?

No, and it would be strange to pretend otherwise. Kronologic works on getting the meeting booked and kept in the system; 1Gesture works on the reminder that goes out before it. They touch the same meeting at different moments, and nothing about running one stops you running the other. If you already pay for Kronologic, the question is not whether to replace it. It is what your reminder says.

Frequently asked questions

Is 1Gesture an alternative to Kronologic?

Not really. Kronologic negotiates the time and books the invite for you; 1Gesture changes what the reminder says once the meeting is booked. They touch the same meeting at different moments, and running one does not stop you running the other.

Does 1Gesture book or reschedule meetings?

No. Your meetings are booked however you book them now and go in your calendar as normal. 1Gesture only sends the reminder.

Do my guests need an account?

No. Your guest needs no account and no login. One tap and they are done.

What does a Gesture cost?

$1 per Gesture, and the price will never move. There is no monthly subscription and no per-seat fee. You open your account from $20.

What can my guest choose?

One Gesture buys 5 school meals for a hungry child, 6 days of clean drinking water for a family, or 25 plastic bottles removed from coastal areas. Your guest picks which.

Does 1Gesture reduce no-shows more than Kronologic?

We do not publish a figure for that and will not until there is enough volume to measure one honestly. What we can tell you is what the reminder contains, which is set out here.

Can I see where the money went?

Yes. Your dashboard shows every choice, what you spent and the evidence of delivery, and the Gesture Partner is notified for each Gesture.

Do unused Gestures last for ever?

No. Unused Gestures expire after 12 months.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan is $0 forever, with branded meeting reminders and dashboard access.

How do I compare 1Gesture with something else?
